Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All ink cartridge sets are shipped FREE OF CHARGE to anywhere within New Zealand. 

There is a shipping charge of $5.00 per order for all ink cartridges not part of a set.

There is a shipping charge of $10.00 per order for all toner cartridges and drum units not part of a set.

We aim to ship goods within one to two business days. Orders placed and completed before 3:30pm are usually shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). If an item is not in stock, we will advise you. Ink Save cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by couriers which are unfortunately out of our control.

Orders are shipped via CourierPost, Fastway Couriers, PBT, NZ Couriers or NZ Post. The type of products ordered dictates the method of shipment. The shipment method chosen by us to ship orders unfortunately cannot be changed.

CourierPost and NZ Couriers target delivery is next working day North and South Island. Fastway and PBT couriers target delivery is next working day North Island and 1-2 working days South Island. NZ Post target delivery is 1-3 working days. Please note that deliveries to some rural and remote areas may take longer.

Toner cartridges cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. A physical address must be provided for laser toner cartridge orders.

Returns

Faulty Products

A Return Authorisation Number (RAN) must be obtained from us before returning any item. Returns made without an authorised RAN will NOT be accepted.

Please contact us if you believe that the product you have received is faulty. It is quite possible that we maybe able to assist you in rectifying the problem without the need of replacement. If the product is found to be faulty, a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods. All products have a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase or a 6 month warranty from the date of installation. The consumers guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply if the products purchased are for business purposes. In no event shall Ink Save's liability exceed the purchase price of the goods that are the subject matter of any claim.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of goods whether defective or not. Instructions will be supplied regarding the method of return.

Except in the case of a packing error, all shipping costs are non refundable regardless of items being defective or not defective. If an order is returned that had free shipping applied, a deduction of up to $10.50 will be made from the refund..

Printer firmware updates downloaded from printer manufacturers either manually or automatically may stop compatible ink cartridges from working. Ink cartridges supplied which stop working due to subsequent printer firmware updates released by the printer manufacturers are not covered by warranty. 

Incorrect Products Supplied

A request to return goods incorrectly supplied must be made within 7 days of purchase. Should we send you the wrong product, a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods. Instructions will be supplied regarding the method of return. Ink Save will cover all courier costs.

Incorrect Products Ordered/Requests For Exchange

A request to return goods incorrectly ordered and requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of purchase. Should you order the wrong product, a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods. Goods must be returned in original condition, unopened, complete with undamaged retail packaging. Products cannot be returned if opened. You will be responsible for all courier costs for the return and redelivery of goods. Instructions will be supplied regarding the method of return. An administration fee of up to 15% may also be charged.

All shipping costs are non refundable. If an order is returned that had free shipping applied, a deduction of up to $10.50 will be made from the refund..

No requests for exchange/credit will be considered following 7 days from the date of purchase.
